Approximately 100 brain cells are made every minute by your baby. Week 7 is already the final stage of your baby’s kidney development, but they will begin developing their last set of kidneys for waste disposal this week.

Even though these symptoms are tiring and annoying, remember that your second trimester will be here soon, when many of these symptoms will begin to subside. 

During this week of pregnancy, frequent urination may be a symptom you are experiencing. Your hormones are changing, as well as your blood volume is increasing. Your body now has more fluid to process, so your kidneys have to process more, leading to more urine production. 

Drink more water than before you were pregnant instead of cutting back on your fluid intake. It is recommended that you drink at least ten cups of fluids each day.

It’s time to put healthy habits first. You may be advised to avoid raw or undercooked meat, cat feces, or animal feces that can transmit toxoplasmosis. 

If you haven’t already, take yourself off kitty litter duty for the rest of your pregnancy to avoid coming into contact with the germ. You should order your meat well, wash your hands thoroughly after preparing meat, and avoid hands-on contact with the food.

This can cause you to be thirstier than usual since blood volume is increasing in your body. If you are feeling sick, drink two glasses of fluid a minute.

Increased urination

The frequency with which you urinate may increase. Pregnancy hormones cause this problem in the beginning, and as the womb grows, its pressure continues.

Brushing your teeth makes your gums bleed

Life during the pregnancy week 7

While following a healthy lifestyle can be challenging during pregnancy, do your best to stay in shape. Until your baby is born, this is the most supportive thing you can do for both of you. It is recommended that you include a mixture of fresh fruit and vegetables from all the food groups in your diet. A daily glass of water (from all sources) should also contain 8 to 10 ounces. If you want to ensure your baby gets sufficient nutrition, don’t get caught up in the adage that you must eat for two – you need just 300 extra calories per day. Keep track of your gains and losses

You may have put on a few pounds during this period, although you aren’t yet visible. You’re okay with that.

The average BMI range for a pregnant woman is 18 to 24.9. Women with a higher or lower BMI will gain weight differently during pregnancy.

The weight you gain during the first trimester may not exceed two to four pounds because your baby is so tiny.

Cramps are usually normal.

Fruit is your best friend.

Pregnant women should avoid these things during their exercise routine:

  • After your first trimester, you should not exercise on your back.
  • Keep your breath loose while you exercise.
  • Make sure not to twist or jerk since this could put more stress on already stressed joints.
  • It would help if you were cautious about moves that challenge your sense of balance or potentially injure your abdomen.

Avoid getting too hot while exercising. As soon as you get tired, you won’t have as much oxygen to work out. It would help if you didn’t do “hot” yoga or Bikram yoga now.

Managing skin problems safely.

Hormones can make pregnancy’s complexion wacky (thanks, hormones!) from acne to blotchiness, from excessive oil to dryness, and most strangely, the development of melasma, a patchy discoloration.

To treat pimples, wash your face two to three times a day with a gentle cleanser – harsh ones will irritate the skin.

Use an oil-free moisturizer after exfoliating, around once a week. Skin that is overly stripped is more likely to break out.

Satisfy your cravings with healthy foods

Do you know what to do when you have cravings? It depends on you. If you are craving fruit or vegetables, give in. It’s okay if the variation doesn’t tempt your taste buds.

If your taste buds are calling you to eat sugary cereal or potato chips, resist your impulses. Besides Cheerios, you can enjoy a bag of soy crisps, which are rich in protein.

If you are craving something you should not be having while pregnant – like unpasteurized cheese or raw fish – try substituting something closer to the object of your affections, like pasteurized feta and teriyaki salmon.

Contact your practitioner if you are craving substances that aren’t food, such as clay, ashes, or laundry starch. Pica, which is triggered by nutritional deficiencies, maybe the cause of these cravings.

Make your aversions a priority.

We’re not the only ones who can’t eat chicken breasts. It is a widespread pregnancy aversion.

Follow your instincts. Avoid foods you can no longer eat, seek substitutes for foods you can no longer tolerate – like fruit if you can’t stomach vegetables – and rejoice if the foods you dislike are ones you’re supposed to avoid anyway.
